Wheat cleaning process can be divided into two sections:
(1),Raw wheat receiving section
(2),Wheat cleaning section
The wheat receiving machines are:
1)TQLZ150×200 high-efficiency vibrating screen,1 set;
2)Double-type circulating air separator,1 set
3)4-72-5A low-pressure fan,1 set
4)TBLM.78 high-pressure pulse dust collector 50-60t/h,1 set
Using one set of dust-removing air nets to suck air from the grain pit and all equipment, to assure no dust flying.
Wheat cleaning is wet cleaning,including:
1)Three sieves
2)Two Scourers
3)Two Destoner
4)One wheat washing
5)Two watering
6)Two wind selection
7)One wheat brushing.
Wheat milling process section
All machines adopts domestic equipment, mainly including:
1)10 sets FMFQ60×2 pulverizers
2)3 sets FSFG6×24 high square sieves
3)3 sets FQFD49×2×3 purifiers
4)2 sets FFPD45×2 horizontal bran punching machines
5)8 sets impact loosening machines.
This project adopts technology of 4B, 6M, 1S, 2T, 6P.For 3B and 4B,both coarse and fine skin will be milled.
This process can produce 1 to 3 basic flours at the same time, or flexibly adjust the types of flour according to customer requirements;The total flour yield is about 73%.

1,Wheat cleaning process section
(1) In the raw wheat cleaning process, the destoner adopts density classification stone removal machine.The material on the sieve can be processed separately depending on the quality and flow rate. If it contains a large number of whole wheat ears, shriveled wheat, insect-eaten wheat,imperfect grains and other inferior wheat, it will go to a powerful wheat scouter machine alone for beating,then air selected.The lower layer material of destoner is heavy wheat which can be directly put into the scouter machine for slight beating.
(2) According to the quality of raw wheat,we can decide to use the selection machine or not, and to select all or part.
(3) Add water twice before moistening the wheat,first wash the wheat, then use computer to automatically control the water machine,which can assure the water landing precision is high and uniform.
(4) Magnetic separators are installed before wheat scouter machine and before the pure wheat entering the milling machine to ensure the striking effect and protect equipment.
(5) There are wheat blenders under both raw wheat silo and wet wheat silo, which can be used to match different varieties of wheat with crude wheat or pure wheat.
(6) The automation degree is high, and the production process is monitored by general control room.
(7) The wheat cleaning section is equipped with brushing and air suction treatment before entering the wheat cleaning cabinet, and the light and small impurities such as wheat wool and bark are greatly reduced to ensure the purity of milled wheat.
(8) With spraying water process,it can effectively adjust the moisture of wheat epidermis before grinding and enhance the toughness of the wheat epidermis.
(9) According to the moisture and impurities of wheat, the wheat washing machine can be adopted to use or only use the automatic watering machine.
(10) The de-stones are all with separate air nets, which can effectively ensure the stone removal effect,which facilitate the operation. (11) Both raw wheat and clean wheat cleaning sections are all with separate dust removing air nets, which can effectively ensure that each machine works under negative pressure to prevent dust from flying.
2,Wheat milling process section
(1)This project is grade flour production line,which system is relatively perfect with several grading, which is suitable for processing soft and hard wheat.
(2)The skin grinding system is equipped with more grading machines to get more wheat core and wheat residues, and the big bran flakes after 3B will be beat, which reduces the load of 4B mill machine; Bran and fine bran are brushed to ensure that the bran is clean.
(3)With 5 passes of powder cleaning system,re-cleaning the wheat core extracted by the slag mill system,the materials entering the former core mill is with high purity.
(4)In addition to the skin grinding system,all other systems use smooth roller grinding to ensure light grinding and grading, reduce the breakage of fine bran flakes as much as possible, and reduce the content of bran in the flour.The core grinding system has many passes and graders with slight grinding which can effectively avoid high temperature to affect the quality of flour.
(5)Due to adopting many sets of bran beating and brushing machines, the bran flour is with high quality and big quantity,it can be processed by a whole flat screen bin to improve the flour yield. If it is mixed with other materials for screening, the screening efficiency will be low.
(6)Regarding the air suction powder,due to its complex composition, fine particle size, high viscosity and poor fluidity, it is difficult to sieve if processed by a whole flat screen bin but the fluidity can be improved if mixed with other materials which makes sieving easier.
(7)The core grinding system adopts the method of sieving first,then grading,which makes the material has good fluidity and greatly improves the efficiency.
The process design is more reasonable, the actual production output is basically stable at about 106t-110t, and the power consumption per ton of powder in the entire workshop is about 67 kWh. |
