The driving device drives the pulley to make the belt with plastic buckets do circular movement from head to tail.There is feeding inlet at tail and discharging outlet at head.Thus materials are fed from the bottom and discharged from the top. The bucket filled with material goes to the head section, then the material is thrown out from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force.The empty bucket goes back to the tail section and filled with material at the inlet again,then lifted up to head section and do parabolic discharge movement for discharging.
