Key Features

Improves Finished Rice Classification and Appearance

Separates finished rice by size, shape or color so the final product can meet different market grades.

Grade Separation

Separates whole rice, head rice and broken rice according to the selected screen or grading principle.

Quality Control

Reduces off-size, off-color or defective grains before final packing.

Market Flexibility

Helps produce different finished rice grades for wholesale, retail or branded rice sales.

Working Principle

How It Works in the Process

The material feeds into each chute uniformly because of the action of vibrator. When the materials are dropped down, the CCD signal will find out the unqualified particles and impurities, the ejector will blow the defective particles out.

Input

White rice enters the grading, sizing or sorting section.

Classification

The machine classifies rice by size, length, thickness or optical quality.

Separated Grades

Head rice, broken rice, unsuitable kernels or defective grains are separated.

Output

Qualified rice moves to packing, storage or further quality control.

Grading & Sorting Selection

How to Choose Rice Grading or Color Sorting Equipment

Select by the defect you need to remove: broken rice, size variation, length difference, thickness difference or color defects.

Broken Rice & SizeUse white rice graders or rotary graders when the goal is to separate whole rice and broken rice by size.
Length or ThicknessUse length graders or thickness graders when rice shape consistency is important for the target market.
Color DefectsUse a color sorter when yellow, chalky, black, spotted or foreign-color grains must be removed.
